Over 90% of disease is preventable and caused by our environment - from the air we breathe, the water we drink, the clothes we wear, the products we put on our skin, and our nutritionally-depleted food supply. I didn't have a coach, but after helping others on their journey, I now know that having a partner in the process makes it so much easier. An accountability partner that keeps you on track and will talk you down from the "cookie" ledge. Maybe that's just me on the "cookie" ledge, and I know we all have the temptations that want to put us over the edge, but understanding what is happening and how to get over it will help you to stay on track and reach the goals you want to achieve.
